This luxurious beach house has a private pool and is one house off the beach. Offering 2,400 square feet, this 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bath with a separate bunk room has ample space for your family vacation. It has been beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and decorations. There is a large fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, tile floors throughout the house and full size washer and dryer. Spacious master bedroom with large private bathroom.

The location of this beach house is one of its best features. The beach access is just out the front door so you are steps away from the water. There are many attractions just down the street. It is located in walking distance to St. Andrews state park and it’s a short walk to Schooners, one of the best beach front restaurants in Panama City Beach.

There is limited assistance for check-ins after 9:00pm.

We love the house it very roomie and it a few min walk to the beach where is a quiet beach to relax. The kids live the poor we love it will book again.

The beach house was perfect. The home was new and up to date with all modern decor and appliances. The private pool and patio area was fantastic after a day at the beach, where we truly enjoyed taking our meals and relaxing. The beach is just a short walk from the home, which made it perfect for my older family members. Just a short drive down Thomas drive is a very nice Winn Dixie supermarket for all your needs, also there are many great local restaurants that serve some of the best seafood I have ever have eaten. On behalf of my twelve family members I would personally like to thank Mr. Forehand and his staff for their professionalism in attending to all our needs. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Thanks so much for sharing this home. The beach access was only a 30 second walk and the beach and water absolutely beautiful. This home is in a very quiet area but still close to restaurants and shops. There were 8 adults staying in this house and the size was exactly what we needed. The private pool was the perfect place to cool down after a warm afternoon on the beach. We had a minor plumbing issue a few days into our stay and it was fixed within a few short hours. We had a fantastic week!

Great home for large families or groups

Beautiful home with easy beach access and amazing views! Home was clean and had all of the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Having our own pool all to ourselves was great! Two of the upstairs bedrooms and bunk room share one bathroom, which got a little hectic at times. I suggested to rental agent that retractable baby gates should be installed at top and bottom of stairs. Scary when you have toddlers. Overall a wonderful vacation spot...I would rent it again!
