Step out the sliding door onto your covered patio to enjoy the GULF views or head over to the pool and take a swim!

The Mariner East property is a mid-rise complex with a gulf front pool, shuffleboard and tennis courts. Location, location, Location, Mariner East is close to all the fun things to do. There is limited assistance for check-ins after 9:00 pm.

Perfectly appointed furnishings - with 2 recliners- comfy bed. Clean. Great Patio Set! Missed having a fan in bedroom but stayed cool anyway.
Entrance could have been cleaned up( lots of uninviting cobwebs) Forehand Rentals did great. Definitely will return!

We had a fabulous stay at the condo in Mariner East. It was beautifully decorated, clean, & just a very few steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at Mariner East. Pool access right out the patio door and then on to the beautiful white sand beach. Easy driving walking/driving distance to restaurants and shopping. Definitely coming back!!

WE loved staying in "Our Beach House" #108 rental. Hope to return soon.Clean, quality, location, everything that we needed.Exceeded our expectations. Manager was very responsive.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as advertised, very clean, steps away and good view of ocean. You could literally exit the balcony and go 5 steps to the pool with just a few more your toes in the sand. The unit was decorated wonderfully, furniture was nice and comfy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook in a few meals. One small hiccup while there but was taken care of promptly. Both the owner and property manager called to assure we were well satisfied. I would recommend this location and unit highly. We will be back.

Love this condo, beautiful place, wnderfully decorated, steps from the pool and the beach. Walk out on the patio and look at the beach and the pool. Clean, convenient to everything you need. Wasnt sure how to unlock the doir when arriving, but Patty, the manager answered the phone immediately and let me know. I will stay here every year as long as i can.
