We requested the master bed room tv to be repaired and we were very patient. But the tv was never repaired even after the facility repair man had repaired the box springs. I told him them about the remote and it still wasn't fixed. The over all property is beautiful and I don't mind spending a little more. But it was unacceptable not to be able to change the channel.

The unit had heating problems. They quickly brought in space heaters and it helped. Overall unit is in need of some paint but the view and location is fantastic!

Over all was Good Liked the accommodations size rooms were nice and 3 bath rooms were definitely the tickets with 2 Ladies (daughters) & 3 granddaughters, 2 grand sons and myself.Elevators were issue either out-of-order or wait times were unreasonable.

View was spectacular. There was water on the floor when I check in but Forehand acted quickly and corrected the problem immediately. Overall a nice place and I would recommend Forehand without question.

the place is very nice,I like the pools and the beach very close, the very comfortable condominium the only problem is that the staff is not friendly, they are not trained to have good customer service.

Internet is basically non-existent. We were told it was due to the high number of people in the resort, but that made no sense considering we were there with 8 other families in separate units and they had good service in their condos (enough service that their kids were able to play video games). We arrived to find no working coffee maker. It took 3 days to get a replacement after sending multiple emails, voicemails, etc. There were holes in the walls of the master bathroom and the towel rack wouldn't even stay on the wall. Cookware in the kitchen appeared to be a bunch of hodgepodge stuff although the plates and bowls were nice. Patio furniture also appeared to be just a bunch of junk compared to the surrounding units. In fact, one of the chairs was nothing more than a metal folding chair. I will say that the beds/pillows were very comfortable! The view was simply spectacular and the overall unit itself was very nice! Despite the few little things that can easily be fixed, I would definitely come back to this unit and resort!
