Fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the beautiful Sterling Reef Resort. The cozy master bedroom has its own door to the balcony with incredible views! Lovely kitchen and living area with Gulf views. With ample hallway storage, you have plenty of room for all of your beach equipment. Sterling Reef's many amenities include: Gulf front bi-level pools, BBQ grills, sky terrace, fitness center overlooking the Gulf, and convenient covered parking underneath the building. To the West of Sterling Reef is the M.B. Miller fishing pier - there is NOTHING between the pier and condo but beautiful beach!
Located in an uncongested area of the beach next to the County Pier, walking distance to Shipwreck Island Waterpark and a short drive to the action at Pier Park or Thomas Drive area. This condos location is simply unbeatable! You'll be right on the beach, so don't forget to pack your sunscreen, swimsuits, and flip-flops. Front Beach Road offers a wide variety of convenience stores and dining options, while Goofy Golf, just a short walk away, is the ultimate "old school" mini-golf attraction for the whole family. And just four miles away, experience Pier Park, one of the area's most popular shopping centers, with more than 120 stores and great restaurants. And for additional outdoor adventure, be sure to explore the 1,200-acre St. Andrews State Park, only seven miles from your door.
*Sterling Reef is under construction until October 1st, 2021. Repairs are being done to the building's exterior along with several painting projects. The building will be open for business but we ask that you pardon our dust during this time. Thanks for your understanding.
