There are tons of things to do within walking distance or rent a bike and enjoy the 18.6-mile Timpoochee Bike Trail. The trail parallels the entire length of Scenic Highway 30A from Dune Allen to Inlet Beach and is safe, wide, and relatively flat. This beautiful gated resort is on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A in Seacrest Beach. It's a short walk down the bricked walkway, lined with Palm trees, to the heated pool that sits on the dunes, above the beautiful, white sands beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
This 2 bedroom, 3 bath can sleep up to 7 people.
This spacious villa offers plenty of room and comfort for all your vacation needs. Whether you're enjoying the fresh air on the balcony or spending quality family time in the spacious living room there's something for everyone. The main floor features an open floor plan with an open living room, travertine floors, french doors opening to the patio & back yard, full bathroom, kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and lots of windows for excellent lighting. The second floor has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and both rooms have private access to the 2nd floor deck. 1 King Suite, Queen over Queen bunk bed and 1 Trundle bed.
NO PETS ALLOWED! If you are caught with pets in this unit you will be asked to leave without refund.
There is limited assistance for check-ins after 9:00pm.

Home was in a great location just steps from the beach. It was the perfect size, the kitchen had sufficient supplies, and it was clean and comfortable. The A/C was leaking in the home when we arrived, but it was addressed asap and actually replaced.

This condo is situated perfectly for our squad. 2 kids 11 and 8 loved the bunk beds, the outdoor space on the 2nd floor was perfect for relaxing with a good book, the grill was brand new and the kitchen well equipped. We also traveled on the front end of the covid panic and the maid service was especially thorough. Would definitely consider staying back here again!
Lastly, the fenced in area was perfect for our two was special to truly have the entire family there.

2 min walk to the sand, 5 min walk to Rosemary and very close to Alys. Space definitely is comfortable for 7 or less. We had 7 girls and space was tight but everyone slept comfortably and the porch and living area was big enough to visit. Two car capacity is pretty strict. Cute place and we had the best time! Everything was so easy!

We had an amazing time! The villa is in a great location, has very comfortable furnishings and is well equipped with whatever you need. The owners are wonderful people! Our only disappointment was that the property manager said a new grill would arrive but it didn’t. We just needed the tank to be filled on the old grill and would have been very happy. It was still a great time overall.

We’ve stayed in Sunset Beach villas many times. The proximity to the beach is Unbeatable. We rent bikes and and ride everywhere. We also walk to lunch and dinners. Really, no need to move your car...
This villa was nice and comfortable and perfect to contain your four legged friends inside the gated driveway/courtyard.
Props to management for providing plenty of towels, and the extras to begin your stay! My only suggestion to the homeowners, it’s time to replace the king mattress... it’s tired!

Our family stayed a week at this property and absolutely loved it! It is a short walk to the beach and is in an excellent location. The house itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The only small problems we experienced was that the cleaning staff did not do a good job dusting the furniture, as the tables, shelves, and especially the blinds had a fair amount of dust on them. Other than those minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again. The price was very reasonable.

It was perfect. The villa worked perfectly for us. The beds were so comfy. Nicely updated bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans. The location was so convenient -- within walking distance to the beaches and fabulous restaurants. We enjoyed the fenced area for our dog. Overall, we were thrilled with the rental experience.

This unit is very close to the beach, with a great usage of space and decor. Pretty sure it had everything needed to make our stay memorable. The owners were quick to get back with us when we needed anything or had problems. The guards at the gate like their job so follow the rules getting in and out of the complex. October is a great time of year if you like a easier going pace. My son and his wife loved the heated pool for our 4 yr old grandson. The beach is easier to get to here also. The entertainment system might be difficult for non techies but I had no problems with it. We did lose the Internet a few times and the tv too. Overall a great place to enjoy what we came here for.... riding bikes, beaching, shopping walking eating..... never a dull moment..... grandson had a great time trick or treating too.

Although not right on the beach it is less than 100 yds from the sand! It is has lots of room, was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is in a gated community as most are in the area. You can walk to the shops and great restaurants. We will rent here again!

Location, location, location. This villa was a great location just a short walk to the beach on the south side of 30A. Other than texting the property contact right away upon getting to the villa and never hearing from him...we had a great experience at this property. The property is well maintained and pretty clean even if the 2nd floor layout is a little tricky. The bunk bedroom is pretty tight and it's a little odd that the big balcony is off that room versus the master...but the 3 bathrooms did come in handy. Having access to the pool was great for the kids. Another downside was the "big brother" approach the security guards take but I guess they are trying to project the image of safety. Another downside was another guest at the villa/condos must have gotten annoyed with our bike rentals and thrown them into a heap when the company dropped them off. Seemed a little aggressive. Again, overall...good experience.

I would recommend this property! It’s very close (2-3 minute walk) to the beach and within walking distance of aly’s and Rosemary beaches. The property is also located in a gated community, which is nice. The house was clean and well kept. It has two small balconies (no ocean view) and all of the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, plates, pots, and dinnerware. Lots of linens available as well. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit this area.
